• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and may offer an alternative or refund.
4. Ordering and Payment
• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
• Payment is processed securely via Shopify and our payment providers.
• You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use it.
• Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received in full and the goods are dispatched.
5. Delivery and Shipping
• We offer delivery within the UK and worldwide.
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs (for international orders).
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
• UK Customers: You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations). The goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
• Faulty or Damaged Goods: We honour our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
• International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product descriptions) is owned by Formora or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
