Shipping Policy for Formora

Thank you for shopping with Formora. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is any delay.
2. Shipping Destinations and Costs
We ship to most countries worldwide.
- United Kingdom (mainland): Free shipping on orders over £20. Otherwise, standard shipping fees apply.
- Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland & Offshore UK: Shipping costs may be higher due to location.
- International Orders: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Note: Exact shipping rates are shown at checkout via our Shopify system. Bulky or heavy gym equipment (e.g., racks, benches, treadmills) may incur higher shipping fees.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch (not order placement):

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing (international orders) or carrier schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
- You can track your package using the link provided or on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, or DHL depending on the size/weight of the order and destination.
6. Large / Heavy Items
Gym equipment can be bulky. For very large items, delivery may require a curbside drop-off or scheduled delivery. We will contact you if special arrangements are needed.
7. Delivery Issues
- Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a card or notify you. You are responsible for arranging redelivery or collection.
- Damaged on Arrival: Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If items are damaged, contact us at online@formora.co.uk within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s significantly delayed, let us know and we will investigate with the carrier.
8. International Orders & Customs
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- We are not liable for packages held or returned by customs.
